What are shipping costs?
Stationery items are shipped regular ground via UPS. After order is received allow two to five business days for processing and items are shipped. Regular shipping charges are as listed:

$35.00 - $49.99 $8.95
$50.00 - $74.99 $9.95
$75.00 - $99.99 $11.75
$100.00 - $124.99 $13.95
$125.00 - $149.99 $17.95
$150.00 - $199.99 $22.95
$200.00 - $249.99 $29.95
$250.00 - $299.99 $36.95
$300.00 - $349.99 $41.95

Orders 550 and over are 15% of total.

 

  • Third day shipping is available at an additional $12.95, 2nd day air is an additional $29.95, and next day is an additional $39.95.  These charges are for the continental United States.  Hawaii, Alaska and International orders have an additional charge. 

Shipping charges for cups using regular shipping are as above.  For third day, 2nd day or next day, please contact us for a quote.

How do I purchase an item?
First, choose a category of items to browse, such as "Foldover Notes." Scroll down the page until you see an item that you would like to purchase. If you want to see a larger picture of the item, click on the smaller picture. Use the "Click Here" button to begin the purchase process. You will be taken to the "Personalize" page first where you can make all the necessary decisions about your item (paper color, ink color, adding return address to the envelopes, etc.). Next, you will go to the Shopping Cart. Your Shopping Cart is a list of all the items that you decide to purchase during your visit to acutesite. You may use the "Shopping Cart" button at the bottom of a page to go to your Cart at any time.

How can I delete an item that is in my shopping cart?
Enter a "0" (zero) in the Quantity box and press the "Recalculate" button.

I want to change the quantity of an item I'm ordering.
In the Quantity box on your Shopping Cart page, enter the new number that you would like to purchase of that item. Press the "Recalculate" button to view your changes.

Is it safe to send my credit card information over the internet?
Yes! acutesite uses a secure server when receiving credit card information. After you have purchased all of the items that you need, click the "Check Out" button. The next page ("Check Out") resides on our secure server. If you are using a Netscape browser you will see a blue border in your browser window, along with a blue key in the lower left corner. If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer, a padlock will appear in the lower right corner. At this stage, all information that you enter is sent to the server using 128-bit encryption. The confirmation page that is sent back to you ("Purchase Summary") also uses 128-bit encryption. This is the highest level of security available today with web browsers.
